Join Ruby & Reka for a morning of wellness & revival. 

The day will run from 10am- 3pm & will include:

- A reformer inspired strengthening & alignment Pilates session guided by Ruby.

- An energising Yoga with Reka, connecting you back to breath & self.

- A health conscious lunch catering for all preferences/intolerances, fuelling and nourishing your body, mind & soul. 

- A guided breathwork session allowing you release stored & unwanted energy.

- A reflective journaling session to help you align with your manifestations and step back out into the word with clarity & purpose.
